Lauren was a Texas girl that moved to The Big Apple. She’s got a spirit for life, travel, and adventure. While she was there, she met Ryan, her big city boy.

These two decided to come back home to Lauren’s roots in Austin, Texas to get married. It was a big beautiful wedding with their friends and family from all over joining to celebrate in their union.

The day started with the sweetest most emotional first look. Ryan could not hold back the tears when he laid his eyes on Lauren. I’m not going to lie! I got a little teary-eyed with them.

The two of them had a traditional Catholic ceremony at the iconic Saint Mary Cathedral in downtown, Austin.

Lauren is a huge fan of the popular sitcom “Friends,” and she allotted special portrait time to load all of us on a chartered bus and take us downtown for some iconic bridal party portraits downtown Austin. We started on the South Congress bridge and then made our way down to South Congress! So FUN!!!

It was also a Texas Longhorns home game that Saturday and the streets were packed. There’s nothing like a newly married couple and their gorgeous bridal party to stop traffic in the streets.

The evening ended with an extravagant reception at the Texas Federation of Women’s Clubs Mansion!

The food was terrific and the band was rockin’ the dance floor!
