Lauren and Grant’s Camp Lucy Sacred Oaks wedding was romantic and elegant under a canopy of oak trees and dripping in twinkle lights.

There was a chance of rain all day and bit’s of sprinkling and mist throughout the prep before the wedding. An hour before the ceremony the clouds cleared and the sun came out. It was meant to be, just as Lauren had envisioned marrying her prince charming.

The two were surrounded by their closest friends and family under a blanket of oak trees just before sunset. It was perfect in every way!

The Venue

Camp Lucy is home to four unique venues nestled in the hill country of Dripping Springs. Sacred Oaks features a canopy of ancient oaks filled with hundreds of twinkle lights creating a truly magical and romantic setting.

The First Look

I’m such a sappy romantic and I love when my couple’s choose to do a first look. This was one of the sweetest I’ve witnessed. Grant was very nervous and Lauren could sense it.

As she was walking toward him during the first look she said, ” Don’t be nervous babe! It’s just me. The two of us together. We got this. ” Ahem…cue the tears!

The Wedding Party

This was a FUN group! They were big and rowdy, just the way I like it!

The Reception

The reception was a standing room only full of good friends, loving family, incredible food, and lots of dancing!

Congratulations Lauren and Grant! Thank you for the honor of sharing your day, meeting your lovely family and friends, witnessing your vows to each other, and documenting it all for your lifetime of memories.
