Dreamy Bridal Session at The Prospect House

Weddings

I’m practically bursting with excitement because I get to share finally share Shelby’s beautiful bridal session at The Prospect House. The Prospect House is like a modern fairytale, and it was the perfect canvas for Shelby’s bridal session. I’m all about celebrating love and combining with art. I adore how Shelby’s personal style was transformed into wedding elegance. So, let’s dive right in.

Shelby

Shelby chose the Prospect House as her bridal session location for a very special reason—it was also the place where she would soon exchange her vows and celebrate her wedding day. This decision was not only practical but deeply meaningful, as it ensured a seamless cohesion between her bridal session and the most significant day of her life.

Shelby made a stunning choice for her wedding gown that perfectly complemented the modern elegance of The Prospect House. She wore a Lillian West ivory chiffon A-line gown that was nothing short of a dream. The gown featured an exquisite plunging illusion neckline that added an element of allure, while its flowing silhouette created an ethereal, almost fairy-tale-like feel. It was as if the gown was designed with The Prospect House in mind, harmonizing with the contemporary architecture and providing a sense of timeless beauty against the backdrop of this picturesque location.

To complete her bridal look, Shelby opted for minimalism, choosing pearl drop earrings that gently framed her face. The choice of delicate pearls added a touch of sophistication and grace, making her look effortlessly chic.

The breezeway at The Prospect House is a hidden gem, with its abundant natural light pouring in, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The high ceilings and open architecture allowed for a play of light and shadows that added depth and charm.

Shelby’s mother went the extra mile, quite literally, to bring a piece of family history to our session. She hauled her grandmother’s cherished chair all the way from Louisiana just for this special occasion. This antique chair wasn’t just a piece of furniture; it was a meaningful family heirloom, a symbol of love and tradition in her family.
