I have one question for you today?

Where are you?

I mean, in your photos, where are you? Do you exist in photographs with your family?

Are you even in them or are you always the one taking them?

Exist in photographs for your children, for yourself.

One day your children will look for photographs of you, what will they have?

From the moment our children are born we are there documenting every little triumph; sitting, walking, first tooth, first birthday, the first day of school and on and on.

You share in their joy, but you aren’t in the photo.

We as women are so hard on ourselves. I’m too tired, I’m too fat, I’m too old, I need a haircut…blah blah blah.

Why do we feel this way? Why do we beat ourselves down?

WE must stop this negative thinking and self loathing.

Why? Because you are worthy and you are beautiful just the way you are.

Your children think you are the most amazing and magical person they know.

You are the healer of boo boos with a single kiss, the one who chases away the monsters in the closet, the person who wipes away all their tears.

Give them something to look back on. That tell stories. That show how much you love them. That show you were there.

You are enough.

I know I am not going to leave my children with only their memories.

Join me in existing in photos for your children…for your legacy.
