Austin Engagement Photos | Megan and Kevin

These two cuties were introduced in high school by a mutual friend at a football game. A couple of weeks and a few dates later they made their dating official and have been together since!

Seven years later, college, and Megan’s first year of vet school under her belt at Texas A & M and they are ready to tie the knot!

I’m so happy they made the trip from College Station to Austin to meet and do their engagement photos! And, I can’t wait for their August wedding at Magnolia Manor!

The Proposal.

“Kevin wanted to have both of our families there so he made up the plan to have “family pictures”. He got both of our families in on it to trick me into thinking it was just family pictures. I actually forgot to invite him! During pictures, I asked the photographer if we could take a couple of pictures together and I fell right into the trap! The photographer, a family friend who was in on the plan, had me turn away from Kevin with my eyes closed. The idea was to take a picture resembling a trust fall. While I was turned around, Kevin got down on a knee with the ring excitedly waiting for Megan’s surprised reaction. It was great having our families there because we were able to celebrate with them afterwards and then Kevin took me on a date to my favorite restaurant and to go see the Nutcracker.” – Megan
