A Summer Wedding at The Preserve at Canyon Lake

The Preserve at Canyon Lake is an epic setting for a wedding. Tucked away in the rolling hills of beautiful Canyon Lake, Texas, lies a private sanctuary. The Preserve is a hidden gem that provides an environment for beautiful weddings. Driving up to the venue it looks spectacular emerging from the trees and nestled along the water. Wolf Weddings planned and designed a luxury wedding experience for Lizzy and Spencer.

Lizzy and Spencer both spent the morning getting ready with their bridal party at the venue. The Preserve at Canyon Lake has a breathtaking light-filled bridal suite upstairs for the bride to get ready with her best girls. Think Brink Beauty did a fabulous job getting all the ladies ready. And, the bride was radiant. The groom’s suite is located downstairs and has all the amenities necessary for the boys to feel right at home.

Lizzy and Spencer were married in the large window-filled chapel overlooking the lake. It is a beautiful chapel with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the chapel to take in the amazing views of the property.

Cocktail Hour

Cocktail Hour at The Preserve took place on the patio set between the chapel and the reception hall. Guests are able to mingle under shady oak trees and sip on savory hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails.

The wedding reception was held in the grand reception space. Wolf Weddings did a spectacular job of bringing Lizzy and Spencer’s vision to life. The grand staircase was decorated from top to bottom with a romantic floral installation perfect for their grand entrance as husband and wife.

The guests were served a plated sit-down meal while Lizzy’s father toasted the newly married couple. The evening continued with good conversations and lots of dancing.

At the end of the evening, they walked out hand in hand under a canopy of sparklers to a private limo waiting to whisk them away.
