Salado Texas Maternity Photos

It’s no secret I love photographing maternity photo sessions. It tugs at my heartstrings as a mama and my days as a former Labor and Delivery nurse. It takes me back to my own pregnancies. Truthfully, I loved being pregnant. The female body is miraculous it what it performs. The transformation the body undertakes and the task of growing and then delivery a human life…it’s incredible! And, it is an awe-inspiring miracle that it all works so. It’s breathtaking!

I met Kelli through a few of her best friends I’ve had the honor of getting to know and photograph. What a joy to meet her, and I never take it lightly when someone refers me to their friends and family. It’s the highest compliment.

We couldn’t have asked for a better February afternoon to do Kelli’s maternity session. It wasn’t too cold or too windy, and the sun was shining! I call that a win in February!

Kelli is radiant! She exudes grace and joy. I love how her face lights up when she laughs! I can’t wait for her to meet her baby, which is going to be a surprise! I could not love that more!
