Julep Venue – San Diego California
2020 is the year of color in wedding design, and Heather, from Amorology, knocked it out of the park with this 2020 wedding color inspiration scheme of terracotta and seafoam green.
Every new year comes with new engagements, new seasons, and new ideas in the wedding world. At the end of 2019, a new trend toward bold, less traditional, and exciting color schemes emerged, and I’m here for it. I even saw an abundance of colored wedding gowns. This trend toward color is expected to extend and become even more daring in 2020. Stefanie Cove, a wedding planner based in Los Angeles, agrees that 2020 will be a year of color. “I think a trend of 2020 will be a colorful palette with rich tones and dimensions as brides get away from all-white weddings that feel oh-so-bridal.”- Brides.com
The trend toward color is expected to extend and become even more daring in 2020.
The Julep Venue, with it’s minimalist design, was the perfect backdrop for this bold and unique color inspiration design to come life. The design concept was a whimsical and romantic affair with feminine touches, and a unique color inspiration tied together with dainty, yet bold florals from Siren Floral Co.
The Elizabeth Dye gown pulled the whole design together with a soft seafoam green dress with layers of floating tulle.
The theme was carried throughout with the tablescape adorned with terracotta candles, melons, and dripping with hanging overhead florals. The matching velvet chairs were the cherry on top of the design.
This year is expected to be the year of color! Here is some lovely wedding inspiration to get your imagination rollling!
