Welcome to The Videre Estate wedding venue. The Texas Hill Country’s newest luxury ranch special events center is located in Wimberley, Texas. Formerly known as Rough Hollow Ranch the property was purchased by the Collins family and transformed into The Videre Estate in 2020. Videre is a Latin word that means “it must be seen to be believed.” The Videre is truly something to be seen!

Located just north of San Antonio and south of Austin, The Videre is the perfect location for a destination wedding. The numerous amenities, hiking trails, and luxury lodging make it the perfect destination for your big day and all of your wedding party.

The Summit – The Videre Estate Wedding Venue Reception Hall

The Summit was the original ranch house that has been transformed into the perfect venue to hold an indoor wedding, wedding reception, or rehearsal dinner with plenty of room for all your wedding guests in a spacious atmosphere. The renovated special event venue has an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country. It’s a functional space with plenty of guest seating for a wedding event. The modern renovations brought new life to the space with the addition of Italian marble floors and glamourous chandeliers to create the most romantic mood.

The Terrace

The Summit has an expansive party deck and outdoor terrace overlooking a private lake. It’s a picturesque backdrop to exchange vows in an outdoor wedding ceremony and provides a truly unique experience for your special day. The backside of the party deck provides a covered patio and the perfect backdrop for an open bar with pre-dinner drinks during cocktail hour.

Bring your wedding reception indoors with a chef prepared meal for all your guests. Then enjoy dancing the night away with live music from one of Texas’ incredible wedding bands.

The Stables

The remodeled horse barn brought a whole new level of luxury lodging to The Videre. The space houses six lavish suites that are perfect for out-of-town guests or for the newly married couple to spend their wedding night. The space includes 5,000 square feet of additional space perfect for the groom and his groomsmen to hang out on the wedding day. Or, use this perfect space to host a rehearsal dinner or a small intimate or micro wedding.

The Bridal Suite

The bridal suite is a Texas bridal dream come true. It’s an amazing light-filled space with many amenities for the bride and her bridesmaids to be pampered before the wedding day. The hair and makeup room features multiple stations for getting picture-perfect. The bridal lounge has stunning decor and a large mirror perfect for getting those breathtaking photos of the bride slipping into her dress. Attached to the lounge is a spacious kitchen perfect for wedding day brunch and mimosas.
