Taylor and Branden had a sunrise Laguna Gloria engagement session. Laguna Gloria is minutes from downtown Austin and is the perfect backdrop and an amazing place for an Austin engagement session. It also happens to be one of my favorite places for a bridal session or a wedding day.

The 1916 Italian inspired home is gorgeous. It features beautiful ornate details, lots of greenery, and it sits along the Colorado River. It feels like a little bit of Europe right here in Austin, Texas. In addition to engagement sessions, Laguna Gloria has been the home to many destination weddings.

The Proposal

“Branden setup a dinner at North Italia in the Domain. My parents called us the day before and said their friends backed out of a dinner last minute and wanted to know if Branden, myself, my brother, and sister-in-law wanted to join them Of course, we said yes (free dinner and I’m in lol). Little did I know they set the whole thing up with the restaurant to make it possible for Branden to propose! We got through the entire dinner and it was a set menu and they were bringing out the desserts. My dessert was a huge plate that said “Will you marry me?” Brandon got down on one knee in front of the entire restaurant. It was unreal! I couldn’t believe it was actually happening and the staff was so sweet helping put it all together. The whole restaurant clapped for us and it felt like it was out of a movie.” – Taylor
