30A Maternity Photography | Rosemary Beach

Alright! This was one of the many highlights of my trip to Florida! I literally rolled into Florida and an hour later was whisked away to Rosemary Beach where we met Meggie! That’s not a bad way to start a vacation!

What a dream to get away and get the opportunity to do a session somewhere so beautiful. Don’t get me wrong, I love Texas and all its greenery, but this was a welcome change.

On a side note, the sand ya’ll! I’m still cleaning it out of my camera gear. Beach photographers…how do you handle that?!

Ya’ll she was DAYS away from her due date and so radiant! There is something so magical about capturing a new mama-to-be. The excitement and sweet anticipation of meeting you baby fills the air, and everyone around you can feel the joy, hope, expectation, and promise of what’s to come.

Meggie was a natural in front of the camera, so relaxed and poised.

I’m happy to announce that shortly after this session Meggie delivered her healthy baby girl! Congratulation Mama, enjoy the journey. Motherhood is magical!

This session was photographed on a combination of digital and medium format film. Film is quickly becoming my new love and I’m adding more and more of this beautiful medium into my work.

This was a beautifully styled session set up by my sweet friends Corey Johnson Photography and Swain Studio. Way to knock it out of the park ladies!!!
